We are a new social housing provider focused exclusively on the needs of seniors. We proudly manage 83 seniors-designated buildings on behalf of the people of Toronto. Nearly 14,000 low- and moderate-income households live in our housing in neighbourhoods across the city. The tenants we serve come from diverse backgrounds and include seniors, families, singles, recent immigrants and people with a range of special needs. We connect tenants to community services, supports and opportunities that help them thrive, providing real social value.

Our teams work hard every day to provide homes and services that make a difference in tenants’ quality of life. Through our work with many partners, we also build vibrant communities and help make our city a great place to live.
