Lawrence D’Souza
VICE-CHAIR

Lawrence D’Souza is a CPA and a Certified Internal Auditor. He brings a diverse set of skills and real-world experience from the private and public sectors in finance, audit, risk management, policy and corporate governance. He holds multiple professional designations and certifications in management, accounting, auditing and risk management. Besides the private sector, he has worked for the Canadian federal and Ontario provincial governments.

Lawrence has worked at Canada Mortgage & Housing Corporation and the supportive housing programs of the Ontario Ministry of Health. He has Board experience with not-for-profit organizations that provide affordable housing and support services to seniors and those with mental health and addiction challenges. Lawrence intends to use this knowledge and work experience to contribute to Toronto Seniors Housing Corporation’s goal of ensuring senior tenants have access to the housing, health and community support that they need to age in place with dignity and in comfort.
