If I choose not to subscribe, will I miss any important information?
No. We share information with tenants in many ways, including on our website, in our Seniors Speak newsletter (online and in your building), on posters, and through email, phone calls, and in‑person conversations with staff. Staff contact information is also posted on the blue bulletin board in your building.
How can I know that a message is really from Toronto Seniors Housing and not from a scammer?
Any emails you receive from Toronto Seniors Housing should always come from an email address that ends with “@TorontoSeniorsHousing.ca”.
Scammers may try to trick you. They might ask you for your personal information, ask you to pay money, or tell you to act very quickly. They may also try to make you click a link that can harm your computer.
