Being able to function during an emergency is vital to Toronto Seniors Housing’s success in delivering clean, safe, well-maintained, affordable homes for tenants. An Emergency Response Plan (ERP) sets a framework that makes sure we are prepared to respond to many types of emergencies that may impact the safety and security of tenants, staff and properties. The plan will also support Toronto Seniors Housing’s efforts to help build safe, secure, vibrant communities.
The ERP applies when an emergency occurs that exceeds the capability of site staff to respond effectively. We are committed to reviewing and maintaining the plan on a regular basis, a process which includes annual risk assessments, testing and training.
