Jill Bada

With over 20 years of professional experience, Jill has held various senior leadership roles in both the private and public sectors.

Jill returns to seniors housing from the City of Toronto, where she was the Chief of Staff in the Office of the Deputy City Manager, Infrastructure and Development Services. Throughout her public service career, Jill has led the development of strategic policy, organizational transformation, and customer service programs for the City of Toronto, Toronto Hydro, and the Ontario Energy Board.

Jill was the former General Manager for the Seniors Housing Unit at Toronto Community Housing. During that time, Jill led the implementation of the Integrated Service Model and the initial work to launch TSHC for the City. Jill is very familiar with and well regarded by many tenants and staff alike.

Throughout her career, Jill has remained committed to championing modernization, transformation and sustainability to build public trust and confidence to create a more connected city. Jill holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from York University.
